Frank's Hot Wings

These are named after the hot sauce and oven baked vs deep fried
- Chicken Wings (depends on how much you want to eat)
- Franks hot sauce
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
Blue Cheese Turkey Rolls

In a bowl, combine the first five ingredients
- 3 to 4 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- 1-1/2 teaspoons sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Dash garlic powder
- 2 thin slices deli turkey
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
Cauliflower-Goat Cheese Gratin

I like to use herbed goat cheese to jazz it up
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 pound Monterey Jack cheese, coarsely grated
- 2 cups grated Parmesan
- 6 ounces goat cheese, cut into small pieces
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
Oatmeal Cookies

Mix all ingredients. Spoon into 1 inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheets
- 3 cups oats
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup melted butter
- 5 tbsp milk
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 tsp salt
Blue Cheese Flank Steak

In a large resealable plastic bag combine the first six ingredients
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 garlic clove, peeled and sliced
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1 beef flank steak about a pound or more
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese to sprinkle (more if you like)

- 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 Green Onions, chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Seasoning Salt
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 1/3 Cup Flour
- Oil for Frying
Shular's Salad Dressing

Mix ingredients together. Service with Shular's Salad
- 1/2 cup of Mayonaise
- 1/2 cup of Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 cup of Cider Vinegar
- 2 tbsp of Sugar
- 3 - 4 Garlic Cloves
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Maple-Mustard Glazed Pork Roast

Great for family gatherings or to impress friends
- 2-3 lbs boneless pork loin roast
- 2/3 cup maple flavored syrup
- 3 T Dijion Style Mustard
- 2 T cider vinegar
- 2 T soy sauce
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 lb carrots, pared and quartered lengthwise
- 4-6 medium red potatoes, scrubbed and halved

1. Heat oven to 375 degrees
- 2 C. Bisquick
- 2/3 C. water
- 1/2 C. shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 C. butter or margarine, melted
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp onion powder
- 1/8 tsp. parsley
Peach Salsa

- 2 Tbsp light Balsamic Dressing
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh basil, chopped

- 1 tsp finely chopped seeded jalapeno peppers
