- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1-1/2 grated medium or sharp cheddar cheese
- 1-1/2 cup milk

1. Whisk mustard, syrup, 1 tablespoon oil, thyme, pepper and salt in a large bowl
- 3 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons canola oil

- 16 oz jar pizza sauce
- Any vegetables of your choosing
- 2-3 cups mozzerella
- 2 eggs
