Preparation Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and brown roast

- 4 medium all-purpose potatoes (about 2 lbs.), cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 envelopes Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix
- 3/4 cup water

- nonstick cooking spray
- 1 6 oz jar marinated artichoke hearts (drained)

Three Cheese Turkey Casserole

PREPARATION Cook Reames Home Style Egg Noodles according to package directions
- INGREDIENTS
- 1 bag (12 oz.) Reames® Homestyle Egg Noodles
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 tsp. fresh thyme leaves
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. fresh thyme leaves, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups chicken stock
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar and Jack cheese blend
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed and drained
- 2 cups cooked and diced turkey meat
- Chopped fresh parsley
