Mushroom Primavera Pasta Sauce Recipe

This meatless meal has plenty of mushrooms and vegetables in a rich tomato sauce
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 whole garlic bulb, peeled and minced
- 15 plum tomatoes, peeled and chopped
- 2 medium zucchini, grated
- 2 medium carrots, grated
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 medium sweet red pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pound fresh mushrooms, quartered
- Hot cooked multigrain pasta
- Shredded Parmesan cheese
Ida's Broccoli Casserole

Mix all together. Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour covered
- 1 large bag broccoli
- 1 stick butter
- chopped onions
- 1 can cream of mushroom
- 1 8 oz jar of cheeze whiz
- 3.4 cup minute rice
- 1/2 soup can milk
Cranberry Sauce - Ocean Spray

Directions: Combine sugar and water in a medium saucepan
- Ingredients:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 12-ounce package Ocean Spray® Fresh or Frozen Cranberries
Potato Pancakes

1 Into shallow dish,grate potatoes and onion adding them to a bowl of cold water as you grate
- 4 large russet potatoes, peeled and rinsed
- 1 medium onion, peeled
- 2 eggs
- 1/3-1/2 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- oil (for frying)
Dressing

- 1 1/2 C margarine
- 3 C hot water
- 1 1/2 C celery
- 3/4 C onion
Icing

- 1 egg white
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1-2 tsp water
Campbell's Savory Pot Roast

How to Make It 1 Heat the oil in a 6-quart saucepot over medium-high heat
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 boneless beef bottom round roast or chuck pot roast (3 1/2 to 4 pounds)
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1 envelope (about 1 ounce) dry onion soup and recipe mix
- 6 medium potatoes, cut into quarters
- 6 medium carrots, cut into 2-inch pieces (about 3 cups)
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Stay-Bed-Beef Stew

A good stew for the family
- 2-3 lbs of beef (rump roast or family steak are good choices)
- 2 medium onions-sliced
- 2 large potatoes-sliced
- 1 cup carrots-diced
- 1 small can of peas(drained) 1/2 pkg frozen
- 1 can tomato soup 1/2 can of water
- 1 tsp salt
- optional: bay leaf

- 4 large fresh tomatoes
- 1 onion diced
- 1 green pepper diced
- 3 jalapenos diced
- 1 lime (juice)
- olive oil
- salt

- 1 can Chinese vegetables
