- 2 cups almond meal
- 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats (gluten-free if sensitive)
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- 1/2 cup raisins, chopped dates, or chocolate chips (optional)
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup grated zucchini (about 1 zucchini)
- 1 cup grated carrots (about 2 carrots)
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Oven Roasted Sweet Potato Chips with Ranch Dip

- 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder

Vegan Ramen

In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium heat
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, diced
- 6 cups vegetable stock (1.4 L)
- 1 cup water (240 mL)
- 1 cup shiitake mushroom, stems removed and sliced (75 g)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon miso paste
- ramen noodle
- TOPPINGS
- bok choy, sautéed
- bell pepper, sliced and sautéed

French Pepper Steak (Steak au Poivre)

- 2 tbsp black peppercorn, crushed
- 1 14oz new york strip steak
