Chicken Florentine Casserole

Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup half-and-half
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 (13.5 ounce) cans spinach, drained
- 4 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2/3 cup bacon bits
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

- 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate, finely chopped

Brown meat, put into crockpot, chop all veggies and add all other ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb Ground Turkey
- 1 Lg Yellow onion Diced
- 1 Can tomato Sauce
- 1 Can Stewed Tomato Diced
- 1 Can Stewed Chili Tomato
- 1 Can Dark Kidney Beans Drained
- 1 Small Diced Green Chilies
- 2 Jalopeano peppers
- 2 yellow Peppers
- 1 Green Pepper
- 2 tsp Red Pepper flakes
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 3/4 tsp Oregeno
- 3/4 tsp Black pepper
- 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Jars of Chili Sauce

- 2 cups all bran cereal 1 1/4 C skim milk 1/3 C Brown Sugar 1/2 C raisins 1/2 C shredded carrots 2 egg whites 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 c no sugar added applesauce 1 C flour 2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp salt
Cabbage Roll Casserole

- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 (29 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 3 1/2 pounds chopped cabbage
- 1 cup uncooked white rice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 (14 ounce) cans beef broth

In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, almond meal, mixed nuts and coconut flakes
- 1 1/2 cups regular rolled oats
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1/4 cup of almond meal
- 1/2 cup mixed nuts, finely chopped
- 1 cup dried fruit (I used 1/2 chopped dried dates, and 1/2 raisins)

- 1 recipe Pizza Dough
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into small pieces
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup favorite Buffalo Sauce (I used Texas Pete Buffalo Wing Sauce
- 2 cups fresh mozzarella
Cheeseburger Hash Brown Cups

Pre-heat the oven to 375. Thoroughly mist 12 cups in a standard muffin tin with cooking spray and set aside
- 20 oz shredded hash brown potatoes (I use the pre-shredded refrigerated kind such as Simply Potatoes or Reser’s)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1 lb 95% lean ground beef
- 1 tablespoon hamburger seasoning (I use McCormick brand – recommended!)
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
- 6 grape tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded 2% cheddar cheese

Melt chocolate and butter in top of double boiler over hot water, stirring occasionally, remove from heat
- 2 (4 oz.) pkg. Baker's German sweet chocolate
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. unsifted flour
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. chopped pecans
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
