CHOCOLATE RAVIOLI

Beat butter and granulated sugar in large bowl until well blended
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 squares (1 ounce each) bittersweet or semisweet
- chocolate, melted and cooled
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon chocolate extract
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- dash of salt
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup seedless red raspberry jam
- powdered sugar

- 1 cup peanuts
- 1 cup chow mein noodles, slightly crushed

- 2 cans pears
- 2 cans sliced peaches
- 1 can pineapple chunks
- 1 can apricots
- 1 box pitted prunes
- 1 can cherries for pie
- coconut
- slivered almonds
- 1 cup cherry wine
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
BLUEBERRY JELLO MOLD

Sprinkle sugar on blueberries
- 2 cans blueberries, drained
- 1 large package raspberry jello
- 3 cups liquid, drained syrup from blueberries plus cold water.
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 1 large lemon jello
- 3 cups water
- 2 cups sour cream

- 8 ounces chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup butter, softened to room temperature
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 2/3 cup cake meal
- 1/3 cup potato starch
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
sweet potato casserole

Mix potatoes, eggs , 1/2 of the butter, sugar and milk
- 4 cans sweet potatoes
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted and divided
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 / cup crushed cornflake crumbs (crush in a bag)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups matza meal (not cake meal)
- 1/2 cup Drost cocoa
- 1/2 cup Hershey's cocoa
- 4 extra large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
