- Banana Cupcakes
- 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 Tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 6 Tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 3 large eggs, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup + 1 Tablespoon buttermilk
- 1/2 teaspoon banana extract
- 3/4 cup mashed banana (about 1 1/2-2 bananas)
- Chocolate Ganache
- 4 ounces bittersweet, chocolate, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 2 Tablespoons butter, at room temperature
- Peanut Butter Frosting
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar, sifted
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 5 Tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Chicken Fingers with Honey Mustard

1 Cut chicken into 1/2 c 2-inch strips
- Honey Mustard:
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts (4 oz each)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup vegetable oil for frying
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard

- 1 quart Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
- 1 cup cold heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar

- 1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter (6 ounces)
- 2 tablespoons softened unsalted butter (for greasing pan)
- 3/4 cups unbleached all-purpose flour

- 2/3 cups sugar
- zest of one large lemon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- powdered sugar
