- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1 (3.9-ounce) package chocolate instant pudding mix
- 1/2 cup fudge topping
White Bean Stew

Break the garlic bulb into cloves and peel off the skin
- 2 cans cannelini beans or navy beans (about 3 cups)
- 1 head garlic the whole bulb--15-20 cloves or more!)
- 2 tablespoons water
- 4 carrots peeled and chopped
- 2 medium yellow onions chopped
- 1 14 ounce can whole tomatoes chopped
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup fresh parsley or 2 tbsp dried
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Honey Mustard Chicken

- 1/3 cup dijon mustard
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill or 1 tablespoon dried dill

- 5 tablespoons pasta sauce, no or low salt
- 3 tablespoons raw almond butter
- 2 tablespoons raw sunflower seeds

- 2 (6 to 8 oz) bonless skinless chicken breasts, cut in halves and pounded thin

- 3 cups sliced mushrooms(cremini, oyster, shitake)
- 3/4 cup marsala
- 1 cup chicken stock

- •3 cups bread crumbs (dried or toasted bread)
- •2 cups cornbread crumbs (about 1/2 pan)
