Watermelon Salad

Place lettuce in 9x13 pan
- 1 head lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 - 3/4 cup celery, chopped
- 6 ounces watermelon, sliced
- 1 box frozen peas
- 2 cups Hellman’s mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 pound bacon, fried and crumbled
- cherry tomatoes, halved or quartered
- fresh parsley
- 2 hard boiled eggs
Fastest Chocolate Chip Cake on Earth

Preheat oven to 350. Pour oil into a 9x13-inch pan to coat the bottom
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 (18.25 oz.) pkg. chocolate cake mix
- 1 1/4 c. water
- 2 eggs
- 1 (3.9 oz.) pkg, instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Whipped cream or whipped topping
Japanese Chicken Salad

Yield : 4 to 6 servings
- DRESSING:
- 1/2 lb. chicken, baked and chopped
- 1 head lettuce, torn in pieces
- 1 pkg. Ramen soup, noodles only
- 4 scallions, chopped
- 2 t. toasted sesame seeds
- 2 t. silvered almonds
- 1 c. oil
- 3/4 c. Japanese rice vinegar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
Peanut brittle

cook until it changes color stirring constantly add vanilla then 1 1/2 t soda
- 2 cup sugar
- 1 t salt
- 1 c light corn syrup
- 1/2 c water
- 1 t butter
- 2 c raw peanuts
Green Window Salad

Mix dressing ingredients and keep tightly covered for 2 hours in refrigerator
- 1 can le seur peas
- 1 can French green beans
- 1 can (16 ounce) Chinese mixed veggies
- 3 white onions, sliced in thin rings
- 1 1/2 cups celery, cut thin julienne, bite size
- Dressing
- 3/4 cups white vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- salt and pepper
Cheese Ball

Directions Allow all cheeses to stand at room temperature until softened
- 16 Ounces Cream cheese, softened
- 3 Ounces Roquefort cheese, crumbled
- 24 Ounces Blue cheese, crumbled
- 24 Ounces Sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/4 Cup Onion, minced
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Bunch Fresh parsley, finely snipped
Chinese Peanut Dressing

- 1/2 inch-thick sliced ginger, finely chopped
- 8 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 tsp hot chile paste, or more, to taste
- 1/2 C smooth peanut butter
- 1/4 C soy sauce
- 3 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 3 1/2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 5 tbsp water

1 Package Lipton onion soup mix, dry Directions Place stew meat in bottom of crock-pot
- 1 Pound Stew meat, cubed
- 1 Package Lipton onion soup mix, dry
- 1 Can Cream of Mushroom soup
- 1 Cup Sour cream
Pineapple Drop Cookies

- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup crushed pineapple
- 1 cup nuts
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 4 cups flour
Spinach, Mushroom & Orange Salad Dressing

Place all ingredients in a pint jar, shake well to blend, let mellow several hours, shake well again
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1/3 c. wine vinegar
- 2 T. honey
- 1 T.finely grated yellow onion
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 t. powdered mustard
- 1/8 t. black pepper
