- 4 cups cooked rice
- 1 pound uncooked sausage or ground beef. (can do 1/2 and 1/2)
- 1 1/4 Tbsp Creole Seasoning
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 Tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 Tablespoons dried parsley

- 16 ounces All-Natural Andouille Sausage, or sausage of your choice (I used Turkey sausage)
- 1 1/2 cups rice - white or brown
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable or chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium yellow onion, diced
- 2 medium green bell peppers, chopped
- 4 ribs celery, diced
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 1 - 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 (16 ounce) can BUSH’S® Dark Red Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- salt and pepper, to taste
