- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 2 avocados, peeled, pitted and chopped
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cup picante sauce, medium or hot
- 6 scallions, chopped
- 1 (4-ounce) can black olives, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, chopped with seeds removed
- 4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

The original recipe was great, but I have adjusted it to be even better, in my eyes
- 2 cans Old El Paso Refried Beans
- 1 Bar of Monterrey Jack Cheese diced
- 8 ounces sour cream (can serve this on the side as well as guac) (I have family members that do not like sour cream or guacamole.)
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 2 pds ground beef
- 1 (24 ounce) jar chunky salsa
- 1 (4 ounce) can black olives, sliced (optional)
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 2-3 green onions, white part only, sliced thinly
- 1 large bag (4 cup size) Shredded Mexican Cheese or cheddar cheese

- 1/2 pkg. taco mix
- 1/2 jar salsa
- 1 chopped green onion
- grated mild cheddar cheese (approx. 1 c.)

NSTRUCTIONS Heat a large skillet over MED-HIGH heat and drizzle with a little bit of olive oil

- 1 lb ground beef (I use 80/20)
- 1 large yellow onion, diced
- 1 poblano pepper, seeded and diced
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
- 1/2 cup reduced sodium beef broth
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp homemade taco seasoning
