To Make Spicy Peanut Sauce: Combine sauce ingredients in a small pan over medium heat
- Spicy peanut sauce:
- THAI Chicken Pizza
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
- 1 TBSP honey
- 2 TSP red wine vinegar
- 2 TSP minced ginger
- 2 TBSP roasted sesame seed oil
- 2 TSP soy sauce
- 1 TSP Vietnamese chili sauce (or dried chili flakes)
- 1 TBSP oyster sauce
- 2 TBSP water
- THAI CHICKEN PIECES:
- 1 TBSP olive oil
- 10 oz. boneless/skinless chicken breast, cut into 3/4" cubes
- FOR THE PIZZA:
- 1 recipe basic Pizza Dough (given)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 scallions, slivered diagonally oriental style
- 1/2 cup white bean sprouts
- 1/4 cup shredded carrot
- 2 TBSP chopped roasted peanuts
- 2 TBSP chopped fresh cilantro

- 1/3 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1/3 Cup Water
- 1/3 Cup Honey
- 3 TBS Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 TBS + 1 tsp Corn Starch
- 6 TBS Olive Oil (divided 3 and 3)
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Medium Onion Chopped Large
- 1 Bag Frozen Stir Fry Vegetables (or 2 cups broccoli florets, 1 cup baby carrot "toothpick" and one cup sliced fresh mushrooms)
- 1/2 LB Shrimp peeled and veined
- 1/2 LB Steak cut in 3/4" strips
- 1/2 LB Chicken cut in 3/4" strips
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- a few red pepper flakes if you like 'em

- 3 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 store bought rotisserie chicken, shredded or left-over roast chicken or cooked chicken breasts thinly sliced, etc.

- 2 generous tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 generous tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar, you could also use honey

- 1 Pound Chicken Breast - Cut into one inch squares
- 2 Stalks Celery Cut into small slices
- 1/2 Med. size Onion Cut into small slices
- 1/4 Cup Light Soy Sauce
- 1/4 Tsp Ginger powder
- 1 tbsp Chili Vinegar
- 1 1/2 ground Pepper Whole pepper corns ground fresh
- 2 Tbsp Corn Starch
- 4 Tbsp Canola Oil divided
- Chili Vinegar - make it
- 1 fresh Jalapeno Pepper
- 1 Cup Cider Vinegar
- 1 Cup Distilled Vinegar
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- Combine all in a pot and heat - Bring to boil
- Pour over the Jalapeno slices and let it set for an hour.
