  • 1 Pound Chicken Breast - Cut into one inch squares
  • 2 Stalks Celery Cut into small slices
  • 1/2 Med. size Onion Cut into small slices
  • 1/4 Cup Light Soy Sauce

  • 1 fresh Jalapeno Pepper
