Step 1

Take a one pound pork tenderloin. Then slice 2 garlic cloves and 1/4 c finely chopped fresh basil. Cut several small slits in tenderloin and press garlic in it and add basil, then top with EVOO and salt and pepper and grill. WE TRIED THIS 10/11 AND IT WAS VERY GOOD.
