Crab-Mushroom Casserole

Ingredients
- 1/4 cups butter
- 1/4 cups flour
- 2 tbls onion chopped
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
- 1 lb fresh mushroom sliced
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 3/4 teas salt
- dash of ginger
- 1 lb fresh crab meat
- 1/4 cup mozzarella shredded

Preparation
Step 1
melt butter in sauce pan add flour, onion, celery, green pepper. Cook until golden brown. Add sliced mushrooms cook for 10 mins stir in chicken stock. Cook on low heat until thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in salt and ginger and slightly beaten egg.
Pour into 1 1/2 qt baking dish, sprinkle with cheese bake.
