Ingredients
- 1 6-oz. can of tuna
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup green peas
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Freshly ground pepper
- 2 fresh tomatoes, sliced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Drain and flake tuna. Spread the cooked rice on the bottom of a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Cover the rice with the peas and tuna.
Heat the oil and margarine in a skillet and cook the onion and celery until tender. Add to casserole.
Mix the soup with the Worcestershire sauce and seasonings. Spread over the casserole. Add the tomatoes on top and sprinkle with Parmesan.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
