Ingredients

  • 4 cups peaches, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Preparation

Step 1

Place fruit in a greased 8 inch square baking dish
Sprinkle with water and first amount of sugar
Mix Bisquick, sugar, cinnamon and pour egg in slowly
Stir constantly until crumbly
Crumble over fruit and pour butter all over
Conventional bake at 400 degrees for about 25 minutes until brown
Serve hot or cold
Add scoop of ice cream if desired
