Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 20oz can unsweetened apple pie filling
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 egg

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350
Crumble (mix) yellow cake mix and butter together
Spray pam on 9 X 13 baking dish or pan
Spread cake and butter mixture in pan with outer edges built up to hold filling
Bake in oven for 10 minutes
Rinse and drain can of unsweetened apple filling
Mix sour cream and one egg thoroughly in separate container
Layer apple filling slices on the cake
Spoon sour cream and egg mixture on cake
Bake for 20 minutes

Let cool, cut and eat.
