Banana Latte Smoothie

Everybody loves a latte. This banana-flavored coffee smoothie is so good, and you definitely can’t get it at your local coffee shop. Enjoy this as a healthy pick-me-up any time of day.
Ingredients
- 1 scoop protein powder (whey or soy)
- 1 cup fat-free milk
- 3/4 cup strong, black coffee (decaf is okay)
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 cup ice cubes
