General Tso's Chinese Chicken

Ingredients

1 cut up fryer or approx. 3 lbs. chicken breast
12 oz coca-cola
1 cup ketchup

Preparation

Step 1

Remove skin from chicken and place in skillet. Mix coca-cola and ketchup together. Pour mixture over chichen bring to a boil, then lover heat to simmer. Let simmer until chicken is tender.
