Ingredients

  • 1 can Eagle Brand® Regular Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1 package peanut butter chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 12 (1-ounce) squares white chocolate
  • 1/2 cup unsalted peanuts, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Line bottom and sides of 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.

Combine sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter in double boiler over simmering water.

In a small bowl, toss peanut butter chips with baking soda and stir into sweetened condensed milk mixture until melted. Stir in white chocolate until melted (mixture will become quite stiff). Stir in peanuts.

Spread evenly into pan. Refrigerate until cold and firm. Cut into 1-inch squares.
