  • 2 cups bisquick mix
  • 1 cup quick cooking oats
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup softened butter or margarine
  • 1 cup raspberry preserves

Step 1

1) Preheat oven to 400.
2) Grease 9x9 pan.
3) Mix Bisquick, oats & brown sugar in large bowl.
4) Cut in butter with fork or pastry blender until mixture is crumbly.
5) Press half of mixture in pan.
6) Spread fruit preserves over mixture to within 1/4" of edges.
7) Top with remaining mixture, pressing gently into fruit.
8) Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
9) Cool completely.
