  • 4-6 PIECES CHICKEN
  • 1 CUP BROWN RICE
  • 1 CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
  • 1 CAN CREAM OF CELERY SOUP
  • 1 CAN CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP
  • OR ANY COMBINATION.
  • 1 CAN WATER
  • 1/4 POUND BUTTER
  • SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE.

Preparation

Step 1

HEAT ALL THE SOUP,WATER AND BUTTER UNTIL MIXED WELL. PUT RICE IN 13x9" BAKING DISH. POUR 3/4 SOUP MIXTURE OVER RICE, MIX WELL. LAY CHICKEN PIECES ON TOP. POUR REMAINDER OF SOUP MIXTURE OVER TOP.

BAKE AT 250 FOR 2 1/2 HOURS
OR

BAKE AT 350 FOR 1 TO 1 1/2 HOURS.
