Ingredients
- 3 lbs bone-in chicken parts; skin removed and rinsed
- 1 pkg onion soup mix
- 2 tbsp dark brown sugar
- 15 oz can plain tomato sauce

Preparation
Step 1
1. Place chicken in large skillet with cover; sprinkle with onion soup and brown sugar
2. Pour tomato sauce over all
3. Turn heat to medium high and cook until mixture starts to bubble
4. Turn heat down to medium low and cook or slow cook for 4 hours
5. For a crowd, use 1 can tomato sauce and 2 tbsp sugar for every 3 lbs of chicken. Do not increase onion soup
