Ingredients
- Rolled Rump Roast
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. celery salt
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. meat tenderizer
- 1 tblsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup water

Preparation
Step 1
Place meat in a seal able plastic bag with seasonings and water. Leave to marinate for 6 or more hours. Bake at 500 degrees for 7 minutes per lb.
Turn oven off for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Should be medium in center. Serve with Au jus.
4 lb. roast bakes for 7 minutes.
