Barbecued beef brisket

Ingredients
- 5-6 lb. beef brisket
- Celery salt to taste
- Onion salt to taste
- Garlic salt to taste
- 1 (3 oz.) bottle liquid smoke
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Worcestershire sauce to taste
- 1 (6 oz) bottle barbecue sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle both sides of meat generously with celery salt, onion salt and garlic salt. Place brisket in 9 by 13 in baking pan. Pour bottle of liquid smoke on top and bottom of brisket. Cover and refrigerate and sprinkle with salt, pepper and Worcestershire. Cover tightly with foil. Bake in 275 degree oven 5 hours. Cover top of brisket with barbecue sauce. Bake uncovered at 275 degrees 1 hour. Let cool about 30 min. before slicing. Skim fat from cooking juices and serve with meat. Thicken if you want.
