Blueberry Sheet Cake

Ingredients

• Cake:
• 1/2 C margarine
• 2 C sugar
• 2 eggs
• 3 1/4 C flour
• 1 t cream of tartar
• 1/2 t baking soda
• 1 C milk
• 1 qt. blueberries
• Topping:
• 1/2 C sugar
• 1 t cinnamon
• 1 stick margarine, melted

Step 1

1. Mix all topping ingredients together and set aside.

2. To make cake, cream margarine and sugar thoroughly. Add eggs and blend well. Add dry ingredients alternating with milk, mix until smooth. Blend in berries.

3. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with topping. Bake 350 deg. for 50 minutes. Cool completely.
