Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Rice - Minute OR regular
  • 16 oz OR 2 Cups Mixed Vegetables - Frozen, Canned or Dehydrated
  • 1 (9.25 oz) can Tuna in water (drained)
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup

Preparation

Step 1

Cook Rice according to directions
Drain Tuna and mix with soup, and heat (add water if necessary)
Cook Vegetables according to package.
Arrange on a platter - Rice on bottom, top with vegetables and put tuna
mixture on top of everything.
