Ingredients
- 6 salmon fillets or 1 whole salmon
- 3/4 cup hidden valley ranch salad dressing
- 2 tsp chopped fresh dill or 1/4 tsp dried dill weed
- 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley
- lemon wedges
- fresh dill sprigs optional

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees f. Arrange salmon in large buttered baking dish. Mix together all ingredients except lemons and dill sprigs. Pour on top of salmon. Bake until fish flakes easily with a fork. Depending on thickness of salmon I usually cook 30 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges and dill sprigs if desired. Serve warm
