Reboot - Smoothie - Cacao Blueberry

Ingredients
- 1 cup/140 g of blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
- 1 Tbsp. raw cacao powder
- 1/2 cup/118 ml of coconut milk
- Large handful of ice or 1 cup/235 ml of coconut water
- 1 date
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
- ilk
- Date – 2-3 tsp honey, maple syrup or rice syrup

Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high until smooth, about 45 – 60 seconds. Enjoy!
Substitutions:
Blueberries – raspberries, strawberries
Banana – avocado, strawberries, kiwi
Coconut milk – coconut water, almond milk, cashew milk
Date – 2-3 tsp honey, maple syrup or rice syrup
