Ingredients

  • 1 cup/140 g of blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 Tbsp. raw cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup/118 ml of coconut milk
  • Large handful of ice or 1 cup/235 ml of coconut water
  • 1 date
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • ilk
  • Date – 2-3 tsp honey, maple syrup or rice syrup

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high until smooth, about 45 – 60 seconds. Enjoy!

Banana – avocado, strawberries, kiwi

Date – 2-3 tsp honey, maple syrup or rice syrup
