Spinach and Broccoli Stromboli

Ingredients
- Tofu "Ricotta"
- 16 oz. firm tofu, drained and crumbled
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb. fresh spinach
- 1-2 T almond milk
- 2 T nutritional yeast
- handful of fresh basil
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup vegan mozzarella
- your own pizza dough

Preparation
Step 1
roll out your dough, stuff with ricotta, vegan mozzarella and broccoli , seal, cut vents in the dough and bake. brush the dough with water and sprinkled with sesame seeds before baking.Bake at 375 for 20-30 minutes, or until lightly browned and crusty.
