Ingredients
- 12 0z. bag frozen strawberries or raspberries
- 1 C. apple juice
- 5 packets unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1/2 C. light corn syrup
- 2 Tbs. lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
Puree fruit in food processor. Press puree through sieve to remove seeds. Pour apple juice into a microwave safe bowl. Sprinkle with gelatin packets and then stir lightly to moisten. Let set 5 mins. Add sugar and corn syrup. Microwave, stirring often until sugar and gelatin are melted. ( about 1 1/2 mins) Mix in strained fruit and lemon juice; pour into 8x8 pan. Skim with paper towl to remove any foam. Chill at least 3 hours or until set. Dip bottome of pan in warm water and unlold onto cutting board. Using a small heart shaped cookie cutter, cut the gels. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
