Ingredients
- 1 can drained tuna
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1 C cubed or shredded cheddar cheese or Colby jack cheese
- 1 small can of mushrooms - drained
- salt and pepper to taste
- buns or bread of choice (how many depends on how heavily you fill each sandwich)

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except buns and spread on one side of the bun or 1 slice of bread. Top with bun top or second slice of bread. Wrap sandwich in tin foil and bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until the cheese begins to melt.
May also be grilled if filled with less tuna mixture, but really best baked.
