Pork Tenderloin with Carrots and Fries

Ingredients
- 1 tblsp flour
- 1 lb pork tenderloin
- 1 16oz pkg crinkle cut sliced fresh carrots
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 of a 22 oz pkg of frozen french fries, waffle cut potatoes or regular french fries
- Large oven cooking bag

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Shake flour in a large oven cooking bag. Place tenderloin and carrots in bag. In a small bowl combine maple syrup, 2 tblsps of the oil, 1 tsp of the dried rosemary and 1/4 tsp pepper. Pour into oven bag; close bag with tie. Turn bag to coat contents. Place bag at one end of the a large roasting pan. Cut six 1/2" slits in top of bag. In a bowl, toss potatoes with remaining 2 tblsp oil and 1 tsp rosemary. Place in pan next to bag. Roast for 35-45 minutes until potatoes are browned and crisp.
