Step 1

cut your nectarines into quaters then fill pot half way up with water then put your nectarines in poach on stove for 15 to 20 minutes.
whisk some milk till its creamy now pour your sugar in then fold it in the cream.
when your nectarines are done put them into a cocktail glass and then put your cream on top. And thats your dessert.
