Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
  • 3-4 cloves garlic, minced fine
  • 3 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp. minced fresh rosemary
  • 2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. white vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper, or to taste
  • 1 tbsp. white sugar
  • 5 skinless, boneless, chicken breast halves0cut into 1 inch cubes

Step 1

1. In a medium bowl,whisk together the olive oil, ranch dressing, garlic,worcestershire sauce,rosemary, salt, vinegar, ground pepper, sugar. Let stand for 5 minutes. Place chicken in the bowl and stir to coat with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. I normally do 3-4 hours in the refrigerator
2.Lightly oil the grill grates or use Pam. Preheat to medium high heat. Thread chicken on skewers and discard marinade
3.Grill Skewers for 8 -12 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in the center, and juices run clear. I usually cook each side for 6 minutes then turn for the last 6 minutes
