Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 sticks butter, softened
- 2 1/2 cup sugar
- 6 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla 1 tsp coconut extract
- 1 can (1 cup) coconut milk
- 1/2 cup coconut

Step 1
Mix dry ingredients. Cream butter and sugar for about 5 minutes. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add extracts. Stir in coconut milk. Beat. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.

2 cup powder sugar
4 tbl pineapple juice
