Ingredients

  • 1 pound of golden raisins
  • 8 oz. each red and green glazed cherries
  • 2/3 cup slivered almonds
  • 2 cups crushed pineapple
  • 3/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond and vanilla flavouring

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first four ingredients and let set over night.
Then mix the next ingredients and stir in the raisin mixture. Bake 325°F for 1 1/2 hour
