Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 - 3/4 cup celery, chopped
- 6 ounces watermelon, sliced
- 1 box frozen peas
- 2 cups Hellman’s mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 pound bacon, fried and crumbled
- cherry tomatoes, halved or quartered
- fresh parsley
- 2 hard boiled eggs

Preparation
Step 1
Place lettuce in 9x13 pan. Place onion, celery, watermelon and peas on top of lettuce. Spread mayonnaise on top. Sprinkle Parmesan on top. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Before serving, top with bacon, tomatoes, parsley and hard boiled eggs.
