Ingredients
- 2 cups chinese rice
- 1/3 cup mushroom sliced
- 1/2 cup dark black mushroom soaked & sliced
- 1 tsp chinese 5 spice powder
- 2 tbsp oil
- A pinch of sugar
- Salt to taste

Step 1
1. Heat oil, add mushrooms & saute till they are tender.
2. Add dried black mushrooms & saute for 2 to 3 more minutes.
3. Add chinese 5 spice powder, saute for 1/2 minutes.
4. Add rice, sugar, salt & mix well.
5. Serve hot.
