  • 1 10-oz. pkg Publix Frozen Chopped Spinach, thawed
  • 1 8-oz. carton Publix Fat Free Plain Yogurt
  • 1 8-oz. pkg. Publix Cream Cheese (or Neufchatel)
  • 1 cup Publix Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely diced Onion
  • 1 clove Garlic, finely minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Cayenne Pepper (optional)
  • Publix White Corn Tortilla Chips

Step 1

Squeeze water out of spinach
In a medium glass bowl, place spinach, yogurt, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, onion, garlic, mustard, salt and pepper.
Microwave on high for 2 minutes; stir; microwave two more minutes; stir to blend completely. Microwave additional minute or just until cheese melts and mixture is hot.
Stir and serve hot or warm with Publix White Corn Tortilla Chips, crackers, carrot sticks or other vegetable dippers.
