- 2 apples
- 2 glasses milk
- 1 green cardamom
- Ice as required
- Sugar to taste

Step 1
1. Peel skin of apple & cut in small pieces.
2. Blend milk, sugar & apple pieces in a mixer.
3. Grind cardamom into fine powder & mix in the shake.
4. Pour shake in the glasses.
5. Put some crushed ice & serve chilled.
