Ingredients
- RASPBERRY MUSTARD SAUCE:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 tablespoon raspberry balsamic
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 3 tablespoons Grey Poupon Harvest Coarse Ground Mustard
- SICILIAN LEMON BALSAMIC VINEGAR:
- 2 tablespoons vinegar mixed with 2 tablespoons olive oil
- SOY-HONEYMUSTARD:
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons coarse ground mustard

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Place salmon fillets on baking sheet; skin side down.
Drizzle fillets with sauce of choice.
Bake until fish is fork-tender, 10 to 15 minutes. Serve with extra sauce and lemon slices.
