  • RASPBERRY MUSTARD SAUCE:
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon raspberry balsamic
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3 tablespoons Grey Poupon Harvest Coarse Ground Mustard
  • SICILIAN LEMON BALSAMIC VINEGAR:
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar mixed with 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • SOY-HONEYMUSTARD:
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons coarse ground mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Place salmon fillets on baking sheet; skin side down.

Drizzle fillets with sauce of choice.

Bake until fish is fork-tender, 10 to 15 minutes. Serve with extra sauce and lemon slices.
