Bangin' Brussel Sprouts

Brussel sprouts tossed in a mixture of olive oil, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha and lime juice are roasted until slightly charred. Makes a great side and easily prepared with a prep. of 5 minutes and roast time of 30 to 35 minutes. Brussel sprouts are high in Vitamin C, fiber and antioxidants. Easy, healthy and tasty!

- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha
- Juice of 1 Lime
- 2 pounds Brussel sprouts, trimmed and halved
- Salt
- Pepper

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°F.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha and lime juice
Toss in Brussels Sprouts until fully coated. Place on large baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper
Roast until slightly charred and tender. About 30 to 35 minutes
