- 2 Portobello mushrooms
- 1 large tomato
- crumbled feta cheese
- olive oil
- salt and pepper

Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 350 F
Peel mushrooms and brush all over with olive oil
Place a spoon of feta into each mushroom
Slice tomato and place on top of feta
Place another spoon of feta on top of the tomatos
Sprinkle with seasoning to taste
Bake in the middle rack of an oven until tender (about 15 minutes)
