Ingredients
- Chickpeas (you can use as many as you want)
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Any seasoning you want-season salt, pepper, cajun, cinnamon, garlic salt, etc.

Preparation
Step 1
Drain and rinse the chickpeas. Then place on a paper towel and allow to drain for about 1 hour. They should be pretty dry in order for them to crisp up.
Remove the paper towels and drizzle with Extra Olive Oil then toss to coat.
Bake at 400 degrees for about 45 minutes.
While they are still hot, season the chickpeas. I just used a little pepper and garlic salt. They were delicious and I don't feel even slightly guilty!
