Ingredients

  • 1 can salmon
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • Oil to cover bottom of frying pan

Preparation

Step 1

Open salmon. Break apart to take out bone. Drain. Mix in bowl with rest of ingredients. Make patties about 2 inches in diameter, fry in oil until brown on both sides, about 10 minutes. Sprinkle with salt.
