Lasagna - Instant Pot

Make lasagna in no time with this Instant Pot. The Instant Pot has become a favorite for home cooks everywhere!
Ingredients
- Dry "oven ready" lasagna noodles
- 2/3 cup Ricotta cheese mixed with one egg
- 25 ounce jar pasta sauce (used all but about 1/2 cup)
- 1 pound raw ground beef or Italian sausage (or mix half and half)
- Garlic powder, salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh spinach
- Fresh mushrooms (optional)
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare springform pan with olive oil spray or similar.
Break down lasagna noodles to fit on the bottom in 1 layer. Add layer of ricotta mixture and cover with pasta sauce - just spread over top. Add seasonings.
Break down ground beef and or sausage into small pieces and add a layer. Top with shredded cheese, spinach leaves, and sliced fresh mushrooms.
Top with lasagna noodles (broken to fit) and the process as you did above, about 3 layers total depending on depth of your pan.
Cover with aluminum foil. Place on trivet in instant pot with 1.5 cups water. Cook 25 minutes on HP. NPR 20 minutes.
Let sit 10 minutes before removing sides of pan and serving.
Note:
I used a 7″ push pan (spring form will work) and all ingredients were raw.
