Ingredients
- Potatoes
- Asparagus
- Lemon and juice
- salt and pepper
- Olive oil
- 2 Tblsp. honey
- 2 Tblsp. garlic
- 2 Tblsp. ginger
- 1 Tblsp. thyme, plus extra for potatoes

Step 1
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Quarter potatoes and place on cooking sheet. Sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper, garlic and some thyme. Place in oven; bake for 18 minutes. flipping after 9 minutes.
Mix 2 tblsp lemon juice, honey, ginger, garlic and thyme
After potato cooking time is complete, move potatoes to top of sheet and place salmon on middle bottom of cooking sheet. Salt and pepper, and brush with honey glaze. Turn over and repeat. Place lemon slices on top of salmon.
Place asparagus at sides of salmon. Salt and pepper, olive oil and squeeze of lemon juice.
Return sheet to oven. Bake additional 10 - 15 minutes
