Ingredients

  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1 regular pie shell

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix all ingredients together. I usually put all ingredients in a food processor and process for a few seconds.

2. Pour into an unbaked regular pie shell.

3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Shake pie. If center is not set, cook longer.
